WHAT’S DIFFERENT ABOUT YOUR COMPANY?
The Chester Taxi and Chester Taxi Tour business is all that we do. It is our “bread and butter.”

We are a small, friendly company whose main goal is to collect happy customers.

WHAT ARE YOUR TOUR PRICES?

WILL I KNOW WHO MY DRIVER WILL BE?
We will give you the name, mobile phone number, and taxi registration number of your driver so that you can communicate directly with your driver on the day.

ARE YOUR DRIVERS LICENSED Chester TAXI DRIVERS WITH CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS?
All of our drivers are Licensed Chester Taxi drivers who have completed “the knowledge” and who are licensed by TFL (Transport for Chester).

Each driver has been fully vetted with enhanced DBS checks. (DBS is The Disclosure and Barring Service, the department of the Home Office responsible for criminal background checks.)

Each driver is also a Qualified Taxi Tour Guide.

Each one has been hand-picked by us for their knowledge and friendliness.

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL FEES?
No administration fees, credit card fees, or taxes will be added to the price.

No additional “per person” charges.

We will pick you up and drop you off at any Central Chester accommodation or rail station, inclusive in the price.

Pickup and drop off locations outside of Chester will incur extra fees, which will be quoted in advance. We offer Chester Airport Transfers at a special flat rate to our taxi tour customers.

Tours during unsocial hours may incur extra fees, which will be quoted in advance.

Extra hours are possible and fees will be quoted in advance.

CAN DISABLED PASSENGERS BE PROVIDED FOR?
Absolutely. Our taxis can accommodate manual wheelchairs and most electric wheelchairs. There is a weight and size limitation for electric wheelchairs, so be sure to enquire before booking.

Our drivers will give any extra assistance needed.

HOW DO I PAY? WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express. We do not take cash.

Upon paying your £25 deposit, your credit or debit card details are registered on our secure server (Sage Pay).

The balance due is charged to your credit or debit card 30 days before the tour date. We will then send a receipt to you via email. No refunds are made after this time.
